Congratulations to Neil Roberts for making a new "British Flight to a Declared Goal" record! This is the forth time this record has been broken this year, three times by pilots flying Gradient paragliders. Neil's flight started from the Long Mynd on 30th July and after a desperate low save at 10km, Neil pressed on and needed to make many cross wind glides to stay on track. Neil landed his Gradient SR7 28 at goal near Bicester, 135kms from the Long Mynd.

Steve Etherington bought his SR7 a week before the first round of the British championships and flew to second place during a hard fought week with several long tasks. Steve was especially pleased with the speed of his new glider and its no-nonsense handling.

Julian Robinson and Simon Raven win first and third place Sports Class respectively at the British Open in Piedrahita (24-30 June 07). Both Simon and Julian as well as winning achieved personal best distance flights of over 100kms
